Jeffrey Lehman, Ph.D., is the founding director of the Arts of Liberty Project. He earned a B. A. from Taylor University in Philosophy and Biblical Studies, an M. A. both from Biola University in Philosophy in Religion and Ethics and from the University of Dallas in Philosophy, and he completed his formal education with a Ph.D. from the University of Dallas in Philosophy. Having been on the faculty of Biola University and a tutor at Thomas Aquinas College, he is currently a professor of humanities at the University of Dallas and director of UD’s Classical Education Graduate Program. He has several publications, including Augustine: Rejoicing in the Truth and, forthcoming with Classical Academic Press, Foundations of Socratic Teaching: From Plato’s Dialogues to Socratic Conversation Today.
